Have you had a chance to begin crafting your Rule of Life from Practicing the Way yet? Now that we're coming to the end of the PTW course, we're ready to take all the ideas we've been learning and "put it into practice" by writing our own Rule of Life. PTW has created a digital tool called the Rule of Life Builder which you can find here. It will guide you through daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal practices in a number of categories. Remember: start small. Your Rule can begin with just a few small practices and rhythms.
